Parrot.org just got upgraded to Drupal 5.23. Please take a look and

Parrot.org has been updated to drupal 5.23. It might be best to take a
quick glance through the site and make sure nothing looks missing or
whatnot, since I am not nearly as accustomed to the site as other people
surely are.
