branch merges

There are two branches that I think we can merge soon: html_cleanup
and tt1893_quickcover. I would really like to see those two merge
tonight or tomorrow so we can have them for the release.

The embed_api2 branch will probably *not* merge before the release. We
need documentation at least, and several other codestd fixes too.
Also, I need to update it to current master, and that is going to be a
little bit messy. I will see what I can do, but if I can't get it
working well tomorrow morning, it probably won't happen before the
release.

Are there any other branches that could merge?

Also, everybody please submit smolder reports.
