May I ask why the docs are not updated for development releases ?

The reason I ask is that I am currently working on a TPF grant which
includes updating the embed documentation and I would like to link to
the new documentation (in a grant-related blog post) that is in Parrot
2.11.0, but docs.parrot.org still has the docs from 2.10.0.

Perhaps we need to have both the latest stable and latest dev docs, at
different URLs?

It would certainly be useful to parrot developers and HLL authors.
