t/harness option '--running-make-test': Can anyone defend it?

Parrot devs:

As discussed in this Trac ticket, 
http://trac.parrot.org/parrot/ticket/1412 , it appears this option, 
which is included by default in 'make test', accomplishes nothing. 
Perhaps once upon a time it did, but plobsing and I couldn't find any 
rationale for its continued presence.

So we propose to get rid of it.   Any objections?  Please reply in TT 
#1412 within the next 3 days.
