Github Pull Requests

Howdy,

I would like to ask people what they think about GitHub's new pull
request system:

This is part of the GitHub toolset that we can use, if we want to. Do
we want to? What is our patch workflow now?
Is it efficient? Ponder these thoughts and reply with your intuitions.

PS: There are some kinks that are still being worked out with Pull
Requests to Organizations, such as who will get
the pull requests, but I expect these features to come soon.
