five days to Parrot 2.8.0

In five days is the release day of Parrot 2.8.0. The checkout and tag
for it will be at 2010-09-21 08:00 UTC. To convert UTC to your local
time execute:

 $ date -d '2010-09-21 08:00 UTC'

So on Saturday is the time to stop committing non-release related code
to the trunk. For that I will send a separate last reminder for Parrot
2.8.0. Feel free to add more NEWS or to add that what will be new in the
meantime.
