I understand your point about configuring Parrot itself. But wouldn't the questions for creating an HLL shell be primarily about the HLL? An HLL developer presumably knows how to answer these. And if 99% of the users would take 99% of the defaults 99% of the time, then forget both the interactive mode and the command options and simply generate a standard shell.
