My understanding was that pmichaud and moritz would know that we're available 
and will grab our attention when there's an issue that needs it.  I asked 
pmichuad and he also saw the role primarily as an escalation mechanism.

Additionally, he also said that he anticipates the role being used for 
high-level coordination between the projects and for long-term strategic 
planning.  If nothing else, the probably means that we'll be working together 
pretty closely during the Parrot/6model and Lorito transitions.  This is 
larger than I thought the role was, but I'm happy with it now that I know the 
expectations.
