Yesterday we began to get smolder reports on win32 from contributor 
SeanC (http://smolder.parrot.org/app/projects/report_details/17294), who 
appears to build parrot with modifications in these files:

compilers/imcc/imclexer.c
compilers/imcc/imcparser.c
compilers/imcc/imcparser.h

This report reports Win32 test failures in most of the same files as 
reported by fperrad.  However, it reports failures in t/io/streams.t, 
but does not report failures in t/pmc/socket.t or t/pmc/socket_ipv6.t.

More data ... but we're still not in good shape on Win32.
