On Kubuntu 11.04 64-bit:  Both the master and nom branches of Rakudo
appear to work fine against Parrot 173b634.  

We've had continued reports of Parrot not building on Windows
systems -- see http://irclog.perlgeek.de/perl6/2011-07-17#i_4125323 
and http://irclog.perlgeek.de/perl6/2011-07-15#i_4116876 .

If the instructions or system requirements for building Parrot 
on Windows are changing, we need to have those details spelled 
out somewhere so we can include them in the release notes and 
documentation for our users.
