OpenBSD smoker is now working

Howdy,

I recently got our GCC compile farm OpenBSD smoker working again (gcc64) :

Since the machine defaults to gcc/g++ 3.3.5 and Parrot currently does not
compile on g++ 3.3.5, it only smokes under various gcc configurations.
