Parrot Developer Summit this weekend: schedule; prepare roadmap goals

Howdy,

Parrot needs a user-facing Product.

Something we can point to that non-developers can use, where we can
say "That uses Parrot!".

Languages are not Products, but they sure are useful for *making* Products.

No, I don't have a more specific idea, yet.
