PDS Roadmap Goal

Howdy,

M0 should be a roadmap goal. I will defer to cotto++ for what exactly is
accomplishable in 3 months regarding it.

>From what I understand currently, we need a language to generate M0, which we
are calling mole, or m0le, so that poor humans don't have to write M0 by hand.

Some careful thought needs to be put into this, because large swaths of
Parrot-of-the-future will be written in m0le and compiled down to M0.

Also, I will put my name on this roadmap item.
