Playing around with github pages for parrot.git

Howdy,

I just let Github generate this site for our main parrot.git repo:

http://parrot.github.com/parrot/

which lives in the gh-pages branch :

https://github.com/parrot/parrot/tree/gh-pages

I imagine it could be a developer-centric page with all the most
important info about getting our repo and installing dependencies,
etc...

Please feel free to improve it.
