Migrate the V8 benchmark to various Parrot languages

Welcome to the Parrot community!
I think converting the V8 benchmarks to PIR and NQP could be a good
GSoC project. I think there should also be some web interface to these
benchmarks, so we can have a website that always reflects the current
benchmark. Feel free to come and ask question in #parrot on
irc.parrot.org, or ask more questions on this mailing list.
