This newest draft is looking very good now. It looks like you're
planning 9 weeks of coding, with the last three weeks devoted to extra
features, testing, and documentation. This is a good idea, to keep
flexibility. Just make sure you don't save all testing and documenting
until the end. Tests and documentation are just as important as the
actual code. If you do not have enough tests or documentation, your
project is not successful.
This proposal is looking very good to me. I suggest you clean up the
formatting and spelling where possible, and post it on to the
google-melange website so we can start formal review and ranking. You
may want to wait so other devs get a chance to comment first.
