We need a liaison for the OSUOSL

Howdy,

We need a person to be a liaison for Parrot and OSUOSL.

This person would:

1) Submit OSL tickets when Parrot has issues
2) Hang out in #osuosl on freenode and work with OSL people to resolve
Parrot tickets
3) Be awesome

Volunteers? This position comes with an immense karma point benefit package.

Seriously, this is a really important position that we need filled. I have done
it informally for a while, but with GSoC, TPF grants, Parrot Foundation Board
stuff and Real Life, I don't have the time to fill this role properly.

I will of course provide help and mentoring to anybody that wants to take this
role over. I will assure that it is a smooth process.
