Migrating to Github Issues

Here's what I derived from the discussion the past week:

* We want to manually close as many Trac tickets as possible.
** Whether these tickets are converted to Github and then closed, or just closed, does not matter for this discussion.
* At some point when the  Trac tickets have been closed, we want to programmatically convert any remaining tickets over to github.

As far as I am concerned, I have closed the Trac tickets related to me, and I am willing to work on the programmatic conversion.  I was looking for anyone else who is interested in doing the programmatic part so as not to duplicate effort. If I am the only one who is looking to do it, then I'll go forward myself.
