whiteknight/tt_1910 branch ready for testing

I've been working on the whiteknight/tt_1910 branch for TT #1910
(http://trac.parrot.org/parrot/ticket/1910). That branch basically
removes the old embedding API which has been deprecated for about 9
months now.

Parrot builds and passes all tests for me with the branch as of this
morning. I've also built both nqp and rakudo without issue. The branch
mostly removes/renames several C-level functions, so if things build I
do not expect functionality to be changed.

I would appreciate if people could run a few extra tests against the
branch. I would like to merge it later today unless there are
problems. If any project has a problem building on the new branch let
me know and I can provide a patch.
