Hello:

I want to thank everyone for their comments and remarks. Fwiw, I've learned an
important lesson: Always discuss an idea on #parrot or parrot-dev first! :) 

Anyway, I've killed the branch and will start on a re-write to implement
Duke's and Jim's ideas and suggestions ASAP (but after completing a couple of
other items).
