Running partcl on parrot [Was: Re: GCC failed with configure.pl]

Thanks a lot, Duke.
I am on a development that requires common language environment support.
While researching, came across parrot and started digging into it.
My requirement is such that it needs the support of Python and TCL as well.
But, looks like these both were working fine in parrot 5.0.0.
If I downgrade my parrot version to 5.0.0 from 5.5.0, will Perl6, TCL,
Python and C extensions work fine ? Is there anything I need to know about
this, before I go ahead ?
Please reply.
Thanks a lot, for your patience. :)
With Best Regards,
Ashiva
Thanks & Regards,*
