We need a backup GSoC org admin ASAP

Howdy folks,

I am about to submit our GSoC 2013 app, but I need a backup org admin
username to complete the application.

If our task ideas page looks stale/old/the same as last year, we won't be
picked as an organization.

GSoC is becoming more selective, so your help is greatly appreciated.

If you have an idea on that page that you no longer vouch for, please
remove it.
