[members] preparing for elections

We're coming up on the annual member's meeting, including nomination and 
election of the Parrot Foundation board of directors for 2010-2011. The 
first step is making sure we have an up-to-date membership list.

Could we get a volunteer or group of volunteers to review/process 
membership applications to make sure that eligible community members get 
access to vote in this year's elections?
