Doing nothing isn't management. You've been promising to follow up on
the SFC application for months now, and your comment a few days ago was
"I still don't even know where we stand in that process.", as if someone
other than you should know the status of your work.

Where we stand is exactly where we stood 4 months ago, which is that you
have to submit the application to the SFC to *start* the 9 month
application process.

Straight corporate liability law doesn't protect you from the
consequences of "gross negligence", especially where financial matters
are concerned. If I hadn't repeatedly reminded the board about filing
taxes, and if Jerry hadn't swooped in at the very last minute to make a
submission, you would be in very deep trouble with the IRS right now.

I'm not trying to be the bad guy, but we're past the point were we can
just sit back and trust that it'll all be okay.
