i'm glad this discussion has begun and happy to see the direction in which
it is going. perhaps we should start a parrot.org wiki page and share the
link with the members to define the language of a new ballot measure.

also, it may be possible to write a legally binding letter of intent to
TPF, which would control how Parrot Foundation's assets must be treated
(e.g. disbursement rules). i'll look into it next week.
