I'd vote for that. We should probably list all the options, for the sake
of completeness. Here's a draft heading in that direction.

RESOLVED, that the Members hereby approve the motion to dissolve the
Parrot Foundation and transfer any remaining assets (including code,
documentation, and funds) to:

[ ] The Perl Foundation

[ ] The Perl Foundation now, with the intention to later apply to the
Software Freedom Conservancy

[ ] The Software Freedom Conservancy, if Parrot's application is accepted

[ ] Some other non-profit entity, if another willing host can be found

BTW, I consider this a private matter for the foundation members, and
not something to broadcast for the press vultures, so I'd prefer we
draft the motion here on the mailing list and not on a public wiki.
