[members] Parrot Directors List shutting down

I intend to shut down the parrot-directors list today. I will do so by the
end of the day unless the list is desperately needed and some arrangement
can be made to install new moderators.

The only remaining list subscribers are myself and Jerry (who does not
appear to be an active participant in it). I am the only moderator and I am
no longer willing to serve that role. I doubt Jerry is interested, and
historically the only people able to moderate the list have been elected
directors (of which we have no active ones left).

The list receives Spam almost exclusively, and has been that way for many
months.

Speaking with Allison recently, she suggested that since the Foundation was
done (or mostly done) that the list no longer serves a purpose.

If the list does indeed have value, it can be recreated in the future.

If there are any senders to the list whose correspondence is still required
(OSU and the legal reps are the only possibilities which come to mind, and
I don't think they use the list anymore) they should be sent updated
contact information for whoever still wants to be contacted by them.
