+1 to closing the parrot-members list

I'm a moderator on most of these lists (except parrot-directors).  97% 
of my moderation activity is spam deletion.   The other 3% is approving 
posts when someone doing a monthly release attempts to post to 
parrot-dev or parrot-users from an email address to which he/she is not 
subscribed.

parrot-dev and parrot-users are the only lists worth keeping around.
