Thanks for reporting this!
OSUOSL has resolved the problem, and both www.parrot.org and smolder.parrot.org are now working.

FYI to all:
Since this was the second outage in 3 days, we are discussing having OSUOSL move us to a "much more stable" shared web hosting platform.
